NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – LU Case 2026-02
The Wasco City Council will conduct a Public Hearing beginning at 6:30 p.m. on May 5th, 2026, at Wasco City Hall, to consider Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage of City controlled building materials. The site is identified on Sherman County Assessor tax maps as 01N17E04DC Tax Lot 900. No development is proposed. The application must meet Wasco Zoning Ordinance (WZO) Articles 3, 5 & 7, specifically the approval criteria within WZO Section 5.1(2).
